I agree Anthony! I played there for about a year and deposited thousands of dollars. I think I got 3 or 4 x 3,000 payouts and all of a sudden they’re checking my Source of Wealth…which is fine…my money is legitimate, however, that’s not what it’s about. I’m self-employed and wouldn’t accept my proof of income…wanted tax returns. I tried replying and they blocked me completely. It’s absolutely crap. They would have continued to take my money. Even if I violated their policy I should have been blocked and my account closed before any more funds were deposited. As far as I am concerned they knowingly accepted my deposits with the intention of denying any withdrawal. They sent one email about my banking info and I responded. Then my account was verified so I assumed all was good. Not done with this yet. I have contacted authorities who are looking into their business practices. They claim it was a mistake on their end so they should at least return the deposits made. Never play on this site!!!

I won $450 after wagering but was declined because I made a bet over 5 euros. Then I argued I bet 5 Canadian dollars and then their rules changed. Absolutly terrible casino, they take your money without hesitation, then when you win and want to withdraw your money, they say your information is incorrect and you have to resubmit it. Not only that, but I won over $20,000, the first time i actually won big, and they did a “manual adjustment” of $15,000, claiming I used an “illegal wallet” which makes no sense because I’ve used the same method everytime I deposit.

By far the worst casino. My account was locked due to a name mismatch on a deposit, my friend deposited the money for me through her debit we weren’t supposed to do that I know that now. My account was temporarily locked until they received documents I sent in documents and they requested more. Worst casino I’ve come across yet. Customer service pretends like they don’t know what you’re talking about. Even when it’s the simplest of things. I won a couple times (3-4Keach time) but then something wrong with my ‘verification’. So I tried something. I agree that this website is a complete scam. I have provided numerous documents over 3 months. It is crazy the scams they pull. For example they wanted my bank statement to show my name, account and deposit to wildz all on one page. But the deposit to wildz was on the second page. How can I manipulate a bank statement to all be on one page. They do everything they can not to pay out. I have a lawywr inolved and fhey simply just do not respond to him. Similar thing happened to me at super 7 and now due to new regulations put in from government of Ontario, super 7 has closed its doors for players residing in Ontario. Long story short made a deposit of $250 cashed out 450 first time had no problem getting my funds. Second time deposited $200 and won $2500 and somehow a win of $360 disappeared from the total but I said [Expletive] it I’ll withdraw the remaining amount and then came the process of verification and what a joke that was, so I played out the funds and as soon as I was done blowing the rest of the funds I got an email saying my identification had been verified but when I checked one document still said pending ..so don’t play these sites

Worst Casino on the web! I deposited with them and loss my money…… Oh well that’s not my issue, the next time I deposited w/e-transfer from my same bank account that was used before. I sent it they received it. I went online to use their site, when it says my account and funds are frozen. I did the same as all the other customers who also got ripped off by them. They said my documents were basically fake. I re sent all of them again they are issued by government, still refuse to give me back my money

What can you say about a bunch of people got together and open up a casino ..which is basically a legal way to print money ..not only have they got it good …that’s not good enough they have to rip every one off ..well if you read this and continue to go there ..then you get what you deserve. I learnded the hard way no reason you should

I read the terrible reviews and should have listened. Didn’t even get the chance to make a withdrawal and deal with the verification process as I spent $700 on slots and they took it all. And I never bet more then $1.60 per spin. Terrible bonuses if I was lucky enough to get one. Too bad as I would be more then willing to continue playing if I could have cashed out a couple hundred. Not sure why I am taking the time to write a review as I see all their responses are “sorry you had a bad experience…” blah blah blah. ZERO STARS FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!! this site is a compleat fraud. For the past year ive been playing never winning anything substancial enough to cash out and 3 days ago i won $1000 and they keep declining every verification document ive sent to them. I have used other sites and sent the same documents and have been verified no problem. Beware of this site as they are quick to take your deposit but will find any way possible to not pay you if by rare chance you accually win anything!! I have sent A letter from government student loan a copy of my car insurance, a letter from car insurance, a Bank statement all with my name and current address and they have denied every one. the also asked for a phone number verefication and my cell phone is in my boyfriends name and they need the bill to be in my name for my registered phone number and it says that nowhere in the terms and conditions.
